Senator Nogueira defends application of gambling resources in public security

The Constitution, Justice and Citizenship Commission (CCJ) is reviewing again today (Wednesday 13) the project that establishes the legalization of casinos, bingos, jogo do bicho and gambling in the country (PLS 186/2014). In defense of the bill, the author, Senator Ciro Nogueira (PP-PI), said that gaming is already in daily life, but does not generate benefits to society because it is illegal.

According to the proposal, the casinos should be exploited by authorization granted by the federal government, while the bingos and jogo do bicho will be in charge of states and municipalities.
