The information has been published today by
the Journal of the Union:
THE EXECUTIVE SECRETARY OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, in view of Decree No. 1,387
of February 7, 1995, as amended by Decree No. 3,025 of April 12, 1999, and in
the use of the powers delegated to it by the Article 8 of Ministerial Decree
No. 122 of March 31, 2016, and Articles 9 and 10 of Ministerial Decree No. 160
of May 6, 2016, as amended by Administrative Rule No. 294 of June 12, 2017,
authorizes the travel of MANSUETO FACUNDO DE ALMEIDA JUNIOR, Secretary of
Economic Monitoring, ALEXANDRE MANOEL ANGELO DA SILVA, Assistant Secretary for
Fiscal Governance and Lottery Regulation, ITAMAR DE CARVALHO PEREIRA, Technical
and WALDIR EUSTÁQUIO MARQUES JÚNIOR, General Coordinator of Governance of
Prizes and Drawings, from the Secretariat of Economic Monitoring, from
September 26 to October 5, 2017, including transit, with liens, in order to
participate in the Road Show - Exclusive Instant Lottery Lotex, which takes
place in London / England and Las Vegas / USA (File no.18101.000481 / 2017-37).
On the other hand, the Journal of the Union also officially published the call
for an electronic public consultation of the Ministry of Finance so that people
can comment on the process of privatization of Lotex and provide suggestions:

The Secretary of Economic Monitoring of the Ministry of Finance, in the use of the powers conferred upon them in the combination of the provisions of Articles 41, 43 and 72 of Annex I to Decree No. 9.003 of March 13, 2017 and pursuant to Law No. 13,155, dated August 4, 2015, hereby announces that it will conduct an Electronic Public Consultation, in order to collect contributions for the improvement of the Draft Decree that regulates article 28 of the Law No. 13,155, of 2015, which authorized the institution of the Exclusive Instant Lottery - LOTEX.
The Public Consultation will be available
at http://www.seae.fazenda.gov.br and the period for submission of
contributions will be from 7:00 am on September 26, 2017 until 11:00 pm on
October 11, 2017.
All contributions must be sent to the email [email protected], following the
structuring of text based on the form for contributions, available at the same
address. Contributions will be duly published on the same website, aiming at
the transparency and smoothness of the privatization process of Lotex.
