Cofina is the newest participant on the recent online betting market in Portugal. The company gets in a group that, until now, has four companies that already declared interesting in the sector.
The new investors went to the market and hired two new employees, that were part of the SCML Gamming Department, that is an important Portuguese online betting company.
The Cofina news reinforces the investment moment in the human resources of online market in the country, that´s been hiring mostly in the publicity and computing areas.
The online
gaming regulation in Portugal has a little bit more than a year. In this
period, the investors complaining are about the bettors rules to play against
companies and not between each other. However, the Regulation Service and Tourism
Games Inspection affirms that is working on changing the law.
