PokerStars will offer Portuguese players games such as blackjack and roulette (single and multi-player) on both desktop and all mobile devices.
TheAmaya-owned
company has been using Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo as a spokesperson
for its recent marketing campaigns.
In the meantime, while Portugal remains a closed liquidity poker market,
PokerStars intends to actively work with applicable Portuguese authorities to
help further develop and enhance the Portuguese regulatory framework for poker
via the promotion of shared liquidity.
