He explained that the company "operates based on a preliminary decision deferred by the Recursal Panel of the RS and the Treasury Court, not acting in secrecy." He also cites the Federal Constitution and Extraordinary Appeal 966.177 of the STF, already accepted and voted by the plenary of the Supreme Court.
