The Guitar Hotel will really rock South Florida next month when the Rolling Stones wrap up their current tour with a show at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood.
The show will be on November 23 (8pm) at the new 7,000-capacity Hard Rock Live that will see the performance at the "Stones' most intimate show in over a decade" to wrap up their "No Filter" tour.
In August 2019, as part of the 'pre-COVID' leg of their tour, the Rolling Stones played at Hard Rock Stadium. This turned out to be Charlie Watt's last show. The late drummer died earlier this year, less than a month before the tour resumes. Longtime sideman Steve Jordan has played drums with the band on recent No Filter dates.
As a promotion of the show, last Thursday it was possible to see a logo of the Rolling Stones at the Guitar Hotel, from 20:00 to midnight. Tickets went on sale yesterday (Monday 18) at 10 am and range from $281 to $1,006.
In celebration of the announcement, the 450-foot Guitar Hotel façade at Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood featured the Rolling Stones’ iconic logo from 8 pm to midnight last Thursday.
The Stones will not be the first stadium-filling rock band to squeeze their sound into Hard Rock Live: Metallica has a show scheduled for Nov. 4, which has long been a sell-out.
