Pragmatic Play, one of the most important game supplier companies in Latin America, opened afternoon session of the first day of the Brazilian iGaming Summit, with the presence of the company's LATAM Vice President, Victor Arias.
In his view, it is very important to bring the company closer to local operators, as they are the main interface with the end user. “They get feedback much faster and being in contact with operators is what ensures we're meeting their needs,” commented Victor Arias.
“Good games are not enough. We focus on the customer to deliver the best games," he guaranteed, stressing that variety is not a problem for Pragmatic Play, "which constantly launches new products with the objective of offering the best experience for players and innovative products for operators."
He reinforced that knowledge of the local culture complements the company's offer and contact with operators is essential for that. "We have differentiated proposals designed for the Brazilian market, with a view to getting closer to operators so that we are close to their final customers."
For this reason, the company has already appointed a Brazilian Country Manager and the company's presence in the country has been growing a lot. “As a result, we are seeking closer relations with operators working in Brazil, but we are also very much sought after by companies that want to succeed in their business in the country,” said Arias.
In addition to all these features mentioned by Pragmatic Play’s LATAM Vice President, the executive also highlighted the unique and very fast integration API as a great differential of the company.
