The controversial Brazilian comedian Rafinha Bastos has already arrived making jokes and stating that his participation was conducive to the theme, after all "responsibility is his greatest mark". But, when he was serious about the topic, he said that his experience with bookmakers changed his vision of how to follow the sport, since today he no longer supports the victory of his basketball team, but if any player will catch a number exact rebounds which can win payouts on a bet.
Another point addressed by Rafinha Bastos has to do with the possibilities that were opened to artists when gaming brands started looking for celebrities from different areas to be their ambassadors.
“It was important for us the courage of this segment to bet on people like us comedians, who today everyone works with a brand, and this has opened up many possibilities. Generally, we do not have openness in the traditional market and the courage of this industry opened a new possibility of financial gain,” said Rafinha Bastos.
Oscar Schmidt highlighted the importance of preparation for companies to serve Brazilian players well. He recalled the importance of training for athletes, an example to be followed by operators. He also stressed that no sportsman enters a dispute to lose and that bettors should trust that.
“The most important thing is for you to know you've done it right; and the right thing is for you to train a lot. Talking backstage, I remembered the day I made Flamengo's team train from ten in the morning to eight at night. This is the sport! We have to know what we need to do is train,” concluded the Brazilian basketball legend.
