Salsa’s presence in the Mexican market is part of the company’s strategy of consolidating its expertise in Latin America, with localised products and services that “speak the language of the region”, respecting the characteristics of each country and each micro-region.
“It is a mistake to assume that there is one rule for the whole of LatAm. There are many 'Mexicos' within Mexico, there are many 'Brasis' within Brazil, just to give a few examples. Understanding these nuances, or joining those who already have this experience, is fundamental to achieving good results”, highlights Salsa Technology's COO, Alberto Alfieri.
“Without a doubt, our standout partnership in Mexico is with Big Bolas Casinos following a very strong five years working together. Mexico is in fact a complete market and our localisation capacity says a lot about the success of this and other partnerships we have in the country”, adds the sales manager at Salsa, Emiliano Avalos, who is also based in Mexico.
Big Bola's Director of Operations, Emilio Quirós, highlights Salsa's leading role in providing customised solutions for the iGaming industry in Latin America. “Big Bola has an exciting road ahead and Salsa's platforms give us the perfect foundation to meet our business goals,” he said, noting that he is very excited about the next steps in this partnership”.
Thanks to the partnership with Salsa Technology, Big Bola was able to leverage the iGaming platform which includes Salsa Omni and the game aggregator Salsa Gator to launch its online vertical. This success has been replicated across 20 casinos operating throughout Mexico under its license issued by SEGOB.

Operator 1xBet, which has Mexico as one of its 60 operating markets, also offers localised games through the Salsa Gator aggregator.
The local operator, Strendus, has populated its game menu with the video bingos developed by Salsa Studio, such as the popular Super Pachinko 3D, Bingo Farm and Halloween Groove, among others.
Salsa's Latin DNA will soon also be available in other integrations that are being finalised, such as Watchawin and Vale.mx.
