GMB – Paybrokers brings a new proposal for payment methods for sports betting based on the PIX tool. Can you explain how this process works and its benefits?
Thiago Presser - Today Paybrokers is a payment facilitator specialized in PIX processing. We only serve international customers through our solutions for transactions such as entry of values, deposits and processing, as well as withdrawals. We make incoming and outgoing payments.
As a company that operates in this sports betting sector, what is your assessment of the process of regulation of the activity that is being developed in Brazil?
We are working with the gaming market, online brokerages, e-commerce in general through processing. On the issue of sports betting we are walking and seeing the market, growing and always working legally, following all the regulations that exist today. It is a market that deserves it, it has visibility and we continue to follow the entire process.
Paybrokers was one of the exhibiting companies at BIS – Brazilian iGaming Summit last week. What is your assessment of the event and what visibility did it bring to your business?
BiS was a fantastic event! On the first day, we already had a gigantic network with new clients, interested people, not only from Brazil, but also from other countries. So, it was a very important visibility in an event that showed its face and that for our segment of activity matches very well. We are very happy, we reached a high level of satisfaction and we will definitely be together again in the next opportunity.
With an eye on 2022, what are the company's growth prospects considering that we may have sports betting regulations throughout the year?
The prospects are the best possible. We have been operating specifically in the PIX segment for 10, 11 months, we specialize in this operation, having an absurd growth. Every month we set goals, reach records and understand that for us it's all about growth. The evolution of the sports betting market that everyone sees in the media, TV and football, how much it has been appearing more and more, creating a culture with players and all people, will also help us with this.
