Bookmaker Wanna joins Dodô e Souza for Easter "Live Solidária"

Tomorrow, March 11th, at 8:00pm, former players Dodô and Souza will meet in the second edition of the special “Live Solidária” for Easter, an event designed by the digital influencer Felipe Joioso, who will also participate in the meeting. The live will even be shown on Felipe's channel. The event is sponsored by Wanna, a social networking platform for sports betting fans, and has the goal of reaching 1,000 Easter eggs to be destined for needy families.

The first edition held earlier this year collected more than 100 basic food baskets. Now, the goal is to reach the mark of 1,000 Easter eggs, which will be destined for hundreds of needy families in the city of Américo Brasiliense, a municipality located in the interior of the state of São Paulo.

“In difficult times like the ones we are experiencing now, these gestures make a difference in the daily lives of needy families, especially children. Easter is a time for family celebration, which is not yet possible. This was the way we found to spread joy and give strength to keep them hopeful,” says Joioso, who was born in the city where the action is focused.

And so that they can reach the goal, they count on the help of their fans and football lovers from all over Brazil. “The live will be a moment of relaxation between friends to talk about the theme that we like the most - football. The good old review, but with a special touch. For every 15 people watching the live, we will donate one egg. In other words, power is in the hands of the audience,” says Souza, who is now a commentator on the “Os Donos da Bola” (The Owners of the Ball) show.

To give more strength to the campaign, the participants of the initiative joined Wanna, a social networking platform for sports betting fans that has just been launched in Brazil. Master sponsor of the event, it is the main application for football lovers to connect directly to discuss the sport and, of course, create bets, challenging their friends and fans of opposing teams.

“It is an honor to be part of this action. We at Wanna are very passionate about sports and the community, which translates a lot into Brazilian culture. The Brazilian cheers fervently, celebrates and competes. We want to see the same passion giving strength to this initiative. To start with the right foot, we will donate 500 Easter eggs,” says Nicole Brandão, Head of Marketing at Wanna. They will also donate one egg for every 10 new followers on their official Instagram, @wanna.brasil.

“We are excited for the live and even more to see the happiness on the faces of the favored families. Felipe has done an exemplary job and it is a great joy to be part of this,” completes the now coach Dodô, known as“ the top scorer of beautiful goals.”
