Fogobet signs contract for payment methods with Directa24, already offers ‘boleto’ in Brazil

Continuing with the strategies to enter the Brazilian betting market, Fogobet is making all the necessary moves to win over the public. In addition to actions directly on the platform, to make it at the customers' taste, the company is strengthening its partnership with payment methods firms to guarantee its users fast and safe forms of deposit and withdrawal. The most recent contract is with Directa24, which already offers payment by Brazilian popular bank system ‘boleto’.

According to Stavros Karagkounis, Co-Founder and General Director of Fogobet, throughout February the company opened its games portal to seek the user experience regarding navigability, content, agility, and opinions on the platform and the games available. "It was an important moment to ensure that we were on the right track to captivate Brazilian customers," he says.

And the testing phase, according to the executive, was one of the most rewarding. “We received a lot of feedback from customers who were willing to participate in the beta tester phase and that was essential to adjust some things and correct certain points on our platform. With that, we returned with the recommendations, suggestions, and impressions to our development team, which took actions to improve what really did not present itself exactly as the customers wanted.”

Like any company operating from abroad, one of Stavros' concerns was to offer safe and agile payment methods to guarantee reliability to customers, one of the points detected during the testing period.

Thus, the company sought partners already established in the market, such as Ecopayz, Muchbetter and Astropay. “And continuing this process, we also just signed with Directa24, a company also consolidated in the payments market and which is already available to our customers offering transactions via bank ‘boleto’ and in lottery retailers, as well as bank transactions with the main Brazilian institutions, such as Itaú, Bradesco, Caixa Econômica Federal, Banco do Brasil, Santander Banrisul, Safra and Original,” he comments.

With this phase solidified, Stavros points out that he has already hired a Brazilian marketing agency to intensify the campaign to win customers and start Fogobet's commercial operation. "They are already structuring all the marketing actions to be adopted and while this is not finished, they are already making daily posts on our social networks on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter."

“We arrived in Brazil to offer customers a unique experience, geared to their tastes and with the total dedication of our development, marketing and operations teams. I am sure that Fogobet's advances will be visible, and the brand will be very well consolidated in a short period,” he concludes.
