Since its inception at the beginning of last year and so far in 2021, Vibra Gaming has had a series of important achievements: the firm launched an interesting variety of games, obtained international certifications and closed multiple alliances with a clear opening towards new markets. As part of that growth, they are presenting a Program for Young Professionals in which they are looking for Junior IT Developers in order to train them and support their growth to become part of the company's stable work team. The program will begin in the middle of May in virtual mode.
The recruitment process will begin by receiving the applications and selecting the developers who fit the profile sought. Like most programs of this type, they will be temporarily incorporated into the team, they will be trained and will live the experience of working in the gaming industry, paid and with full-time dedication for a period of three months.
After this phase, the young people who have participated must pass certain evaluation parameters to later determine who will be part of the stable staff of the company.

Some conditions and requirements when applying to the Coder Bootcamp Program:
- There will be no entrance evaluation after the pre-selection, but there will be a series of interviews to learn more about the profile, skills and competencies of each young person;
- Admission is immediate and the training process will last three months;
- After this trial period, if they reach the expected level, they will become part of the stable Vibra Gaming team;
- The Training program assumes full time availability of the selected person and a remuneration to be defined between the parties;
- Each developer will be assigned a project, in which they will work during those three months;
- Hw/She will be technically trained in the main aspects of the online slot and gambling industry, and in the specific needs of the company (it will work on its framework and platform mainly);
-As a requirement, it is necessary that those interested have basic knowledge of programming in Javascript and intermediate level English.
