GMB - You have just taken on the role of CEO of FBM Digital Systems. Which are the main objectives of the company and what will be its main areas of activity?
Roberto Regianini - This is a very special challenge for me. FBMDS is a project with global growth ambitions, and we are already positioning ourselves solidly in key markets in Europe and Latin America to expand in the short term. We have a strategic medium and long-term plan already defined, and we believe that our technological capacity will allow us to be at the forefront of innovation.
We want to operate on all verticals in the industry and enhance existing relationships. We bet a lot on our human capital and teamwork.
Undoubtedly these are the main factors that will propel us towards the achievement of our goals.
What will it be like to manage a brand with Brazilian DNA that has stood out worldwide in land-based casinos and now enters strongly online?
It is a great responsibility, but also a great source of pride for having started my professional career in Brazil. Online was already a bet before my arrival, but with FBMDS we want to take a step forward and bring the legacy of success, expansion, and growth of physical casinos to online. The scenario is motivating. We will bring news and innovation to the different verticals of the industry in the coming months.
How to deliver an excellent user experience?
Our product portfolio follows high quality standards. FBMDS games have sought to bring entertainment to players. We are working to increasingly understand the different player profiles and improve our products to provide unique and memorable gaming experiences, anywhere and through any device.
We are attentive to the constant growth in the volume of players and to the new generations engaged in the online universe. This is a challenge that motivates our product and development teams.
How does FBMDS intend to reach the main players in the international market?
The technological capacity mentioned above and our very diversified and captivating product portfolio - with classic video bingo games, new slots, video pokers and different table games - are important factors in this process of conquest.
We believe that operators increasingly need “regionalized” products. Each market has a reality and our flexibility to respond to this demand is a differentiating factor that will allow us to expand our market share.
