The Maranhão Parcerias (MAPA), an entity that performs the management and execution of projects, as well as the provision of services in partnership with the private sector in the State of Maranhão in Brazil, received studies and projects from the qualified and approved companies on Friday (05/21) for technical, economic-financial and legal feasibility for the implementation of State Lotteries in the State of Maranhão (PUBLIC CALL NOTICE No. 01/2021 - DNML / MAPA).
“NGT had the pleasure of being one of the 03 (three) companies to present its project for the implementation of the Lotteries of the State of Maranhão, which is one of the most advanced states in the regulatory and licensing process today,” said the company on an official statement.

Always aiming to seek what is best for the market, NGT presented MAPA with projects in favor of free competition and competitiveness among Lottery operators, against possible monopolies, which is also a banner of NGT in relation to other states that wish to implement its State Lottery operations, and where NGT will also try to be one of the operators.
The experience of NGT and the group that advised it will certainly be a determining factor in other States as well, and may assist in the choice of the best regulatory model, form of granting licenses, and other applicable standards.
NGT's goal is for its projects to be approved and later to be one of the companies authorized to operate in state lottery modalities in Brazil.
