The first sports team listed is LOUD, one of the biggest Free Fire and League of Legends organizations in Brazil. In addition, paiN Gaming, FURIA and Flamengo Esports are also included on the list, alongside Faze Clan, G2 Esports, Team Liquid, FNATIC, T1 and Cloud9. In March, LOUD had already reached the first place as the sports team most cited in tweets on the platform.
In Brazil, the most cited game was League of Legends, VALORANT appears in fourth place, but Free Fire is also present in sixth position. Lastly, CS:GO is mentioned closing the list.
As it does regularly, the social network Twitter disclosed which were the most talked about global issues of the year on its platform – divided by categories. In the area of electronic sports, the two Brazilian teams with the biggest supporters appear in first and second place. LOUD and paiN Gaming occupy, respectively, the first positions in the top 10 ranking.
In addition to the leaders, other Brazilian teams also listed in the spotlight were FURIA, in fifth place, and Flamengo Esports, in sixth. All of them have League of Legends teams. Not by chance, the game was also qualified as the most talked about in Brazil this year – followed by the launch of Genshin Impact and the battle royale Fortnite.
