The NDD - Sports Law Nucleus of the Faculty of Law of Ribeirão Preto, USP, a sports law study group organized by students from USP - Ribeirão Preto, will hold a webinar on July 1st, at 7:15 pm, with the lawyer Victor Targino de Araújo, from the law firm GGAC and from the eSports team Netshoes Miners.
Specialized in sports law and gaming law, Targino is a member of the Sports Betting Committee of the National Academy of Youth Sports Law, Master in Sports Management & Legal Skills from Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economia (Barcelona) and author of the book “Comments to the Law of Sports Betting in Brazil”.
The meeting aims to increase the knowledge of the academic community about sports betting, both in terms of the activity itself and in the concepts of responsible gaming, integrity in sports, compliance, and the regulation of sports betting in Brazil.
