LeoVegas announces Léo Moura as ambassador in Brazil to increase brand awareness

Online gaming and sports betting company LeoVegas takes another step in its process of connecting with the Brazilian market by announcing Léo Moura as its newest ambassador in the country. Four times the best right-back in the Brazilian Championship and holder of titles such as the Copa Libertadores and the Brazilian Championship with Grêmio and Flamengo, Léo Moura comes to bring more notoriety to the LeoVegas brand among the Brazilian public.

Sandra Soares, LATAM Marketing Manager at LeoVegas, explains that the partnership with the player has two very important purposes for the company: local connection and building a perception of trust with customers and partners.

"Having a player such as Léo Moura by our side is something that excites us a lot. We are expanding our business in Brazil, and having him in our team will not only provide greater brand awareness for LeoVegas but also allow us to build a relationship of trust with our customers," stated Soares.

Aware of what happens in the world of football, Léo Moura says that his experience with sports betting is for fun as he and some of his friends measure their football knowledge through betting success.

And because of this perception that sports betting is for fun and entertainment, the partnership with LeoVegas was very well accepted by the player.

"LeoVegas is a world-class brand within a booming industry, especially here in Brazil. That's why I'm already happy to become the new brand ambassador in the country. It's a cool project and one that I identified with," said Léo Moura who raised more than 30 cups throughout his career and, for that reason, he must know enough about football to place his bets.

In addition to posts on social media, the agreement with the former player, which runs until the end of 2021, includes possible participation in events - online and offline - and assistance to partners and LeoVegas' own channels, in addition, of course, to the use of image rights.
