The BetSocial program has encouraged players to donate part of the amount to be withdrawn on the site to partner assistance entities, and the bookmaker doubles that amount (up to R$ 100 – US$ 20), as a way of helping to alleviate the financial difficulties of the non-governmental organizations chosen by the company.
“Betmotion believes that a joint action can make a difference, even more in a delicate period in which many institutions lost an important part of their donations. We intend to make our contribution by supporting NGOs and various entities with social purposes, whose work consists of helping precisely those who need it most,” says Angelo Alberoni, Country Manager at Betmotion.
The first institution to reap the fruits of the initiative was Sentrinho, which has already received R$ 12,830.66 (US$ 2,460). Focused on education for inclusion and socialization of people with special needs, the work has been led since its inception by Rita Manhães.
“Sentrinho school works for inclusion through the paths of art, science and affection. Having support and affection in this difficult time we are going through is essential,” says Rita.
