Burger King invests in Brazil’s eSports sponsoring Free Fire tournament

CPN, a Free Fire tournament conceived by Nobru, announced Burger King as a new sponsor. The company will have its brand stamped throughout the broadcast, will promote its loyalty program BK Club, and will publicize special sandwich promotions. The new season will have a total prize pool of R$ 50k. “This is an incredible opportunity to introduce Burger King into a universe as exciting as that of games,” said Juliana Cury, Brand Director at Burger King Brazil.

The edition started on Tuesday (27) is the fourth of CPN, which had its first tournament held in July 2020. Considered the biggest Free Fire tournament for emulators, the new season will have a total prize pool of R$ 50,000. In addition to the best teams in Brazil, the competition will also feature the presence of teams from the community, who will be able to register on the official website and win a place in the access series.

“Our partnership with CPN is an incredible opportunity to introduce Burger King into a world as exciting as gaming. Our goal is to ensure even more support for this community that has increasingly created and diversified the culture and behavior of people of different ages,” said Juliana Cury, brand director of Burger King Brasil.

The agreement with the fast-food chain is another step in the growth of Nobru, Free Fire athlete and co-founder of the Fluxo team. Earlier this month, the player became TikTok's first global gaming ambassador and had already become Casas Bahia's game creative head.
