Learning from international best practices, SECAP's aim is to protect the player first while creating a competitive environment for the industry.
SECAP's efforts depend on a healthy gaming market in the country. In the first half of 2019, the traditional lotteries operated by CAIXA through 13,000 points of sale in more than 5,000 cities showed growth.
