WG of the Board of Directors of the São Paulo State Privatization Program announced that 20 requests for registration were filed for the presentation of the studies, and ten companies must provide clarifications on the documents presented, while disqualifying six (seven protocols) for not complying with the requirements of item 3.3.3 of the Public Call Notice 04/21.
The names of the three companies initially authorized to produce the technical, legal and economic-financial feasibility studies for modeling the Lottery Service Delegation Project in the State of São Paulo were not disclosed.
The WG forwarded a request for additional clarification to the following companies:

By the publication in the Official Gazette yesterday (12), it is clear that three companies/consortiums were qualified, although their names have not been disclosed. These are the protocols 0002, 0018 and 0019.
It does not appear in the D.O.E. the deadline for submission of clarifications or what exactly the Working Group is questioning the lack of data for qualification.
