The previous deadline for the presentation of studies was August 11, but given the presentation of questions about the event, the State Secretariat for Economic Development, Science, Technology and Innovation (Sedecti), rescheduled the date for this Wednesday.
In Official Letter 689/2021, Sedecti presented clarifications to the requests submitted by interested parties in the bidding and defined that the hiring of a specialized company to prepare a technical-economic feasibility study for the implementation of the State lottery in the State of Amazonas, for the State Secretariat of Economic Development, Science, Technology and Innovation, under the conditions established in the Basic Project, will be defined in the electronic auction that will start at 3:30 pm.
Interested parties must submit their proposals by 3:15 pm (Brasilia time) on the Amazonas Purchasing System portal. At the same email address, interested parties will be able to follow the bids to be made during the trading session to choose the company that will carry out the studies.
Given the fact that there was an extension of the deadline from 11 to 25 August, even those companies that have already inserted their technical proposal into the system must re-register in order to participate in the trading session. They will receive an identification key and password for use during the event.
