Cibelae and the lotteries that comprise it drew up a Guide for the development of a Responsible Gaming program that gathers, in eleven sections, a wide spectrum of measures, good practices and tools that operators can implement to reduce or eliminate the possible negative impacts that may lead to playful activity in players and in society in general.
To learn more about the importance and scope of a Responsible Gaming program, and to discuss the issues presented in the Guide, CIBELAE organized an online webinar to be held on September 1.
The event will feature the participation of experts who currently work in lotteries in the region: Pedro Leitão (Jogos Santa Casa, Portugal), Sandra Conde (La Banca, Uruguay), Leandro Abrahão (Loterias Caixa, Brazil) and Óscar Castro Villar ( ONCE, Spain).
The presentation and moderation of the discussion will be in charge of Rodrigo Cigliutti, executive director of Cibelae, and Diana Fusco, coordinator of the Commission of Corporate Social Responsibility and Responsible Gaming of Cibelae and official of the Institute of Gaming of Neuquén (Argentina).
