NGT Brasil leads the group

App7 Sistemas is part of consortium accredited to prepare studies for Pernambuco’s lottery

App7 Sistemas, a Brazilian startup focused on the development of software and solutions for the online betting and lottery market, joined forces with NGT Brasil, a developer of exclusive games for the global gambling industry, to form a consortium for the elaboration of technical-operational, economic-financial and legal study, aimed at structuring a public service concession for the implementation and operation of state lotteries and games in the State of Pernambuco.

In addition to the companies mentioned above, the accredited consortium also counts on the participation of firms Feijó Advocacia, LenziAdvocacia, BetConsult, Blue Lagoon and extensive support from several international operators, especially sites AGClub7 and MarjoSports.

The expertise and extensive knowledge of the local betting culture were one of the key factors in forming the consortium. "The synergy and all the know-how shared between the participants of our group will certainly make a difference in our project. With proper regulation, Pernambuco has the potential to become one of the largest betting markets in the country," highlights Elvis Lourenço, founder of App7.

We are very pleased that we were able to set up this consortium to present the PMI in the state of Pernambuco, relying on the experience of APP7, as well as other members and supporters, such as BetNacional, MarjoSports, AGClub7, BetEsportes, in addition to SA Sports, NSX and SGA.bet, and we are confident that the modeling we defend would be the most adequate for the reality of the state,” commented Edgar Lenzi, lawyer, consultant and representative of NGT Brasil.

In addition to the consortium led by NGT, another eight (8) companies were accredited, including Intralot, the PELotto Consortium and AM and FPA, which are already competing in projects in other states.

The deadline for submission of studies is September 15th. The projects will be evaluated by a special commission of the Secretariat of Planning and Management (SEPLAG) in order to define the best performance model in the state.

All details about the process can be viewed on the Government Partnerships.
