The opening panel will reflect on the “Update of the legal framework in Brazil: Sports betting, lotteries, Casinos, and others” and will feature the president of Abragaming, Edgar Lenzi, the president of Instituto Jogo Legal, Magnho José, and also Marzia Turrini, Executive VP of BMM Test Labs.
Another interesting panel of the programme is the discussion on “Gambling trends in Brazil: what are the preferences in the country, what are the difficulties, how bets and payouts are handled", which will feature BetMotion, a Salsa Technology customer.
BetMotion’s Country Manager for Brazil, Angelo Alberoni, will share insight on the convergence between betting and lotteries, thanks to Law 13.756/2018, which classified the modality as a lottery product.
“The winning formula for an online platform in Brazil. Industry experts highlight success stories”, is the penultimate panel of the day begining at 3:30pm (2:30 pm in Miami).
One of the specialists on the subject is Salsa’s Global Sales Manager Emiliano Avalos, who points out that a vital success factor in Brazil and Latin America is understanding that although the countries and player profiles are different, the common factor is the demand for a localised approach in marketing, sales and, above all, in customer service.
The concluding panel will see Salsa Technology’s CTO Joshua Jones share the stage with the Head of Innovation at WH Partners, Joseph Borg to debate “Coronavirus, Blockchain, 5G : 3 elements changing the igaming scenario.”
Core learnings include that regulation needs to be as “future-proof” as possible to accommodate innovations like blockchain and cryptocurrencies. The framework must be secure and usable, while 5G should be safely leveraged across the iGaming industry to deliver even more sophisticated game graphics and features.
Salsa Technology will be joined at the event by several other leading brands including Caleta Gaming, Betconstruct, Habanero, among others.
Free registration must be completed through the website www.cgsbrasil.com.
