Brasil Game Show is postponed to October 2022

After being postponed in 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 13th edition of the Brasil Game Show is rescheduled again. The electronic games fair, which is the largest in Latin America, should have took place between October 8th and 12th, at Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo. Now, the new dates are October 6th-12th, 2022, at the same location, and had two days added to the event. COVID-19 remains the reason for the date change.

According to a statement of the organization, in October 2022 the “Brazilian population should be vaccinated, protected and calm to enjoy the biggest and best edition of all times.”

Those who purchased tickets for the 13th edition of the Brasil Game Show, whether in 2020 or this year, are guaranteed entries to the event in 2022 and will gain some benefits, such as separate access to the event, access to an eSports arena and product discounts partners at the fair and also at the Brasil Game Show store.

Last year, the fair hosted two live days in October, to mark the original date of the event, with area influencers, eSports championships and cosplayer presentations.

In 2019, Brasil Game Show brought together nearly 327,000 people, according to the organization, in five days of the event.
