The Bidding Commission of the Government of Amazonas dismissed the tender for the implementation of the State Lottery due to the fact that the third place in the event, with a proposal of R$ 480,000 for the preparation of the studies, did not comply with sub-item 10.3 of the Notice, which provided for certificate of technical aptitude, but did not present a certificate of technical agreement registered with the appropriate council, accompanied by a copy of the ART proving the preparation of a technical and economic feasibility study.
In addition, the company did not send certificates on behalf of each of the higher-level professionals, which contradicted other sub-items of the Notice.
Therefore, the Commission determined the failure of Electronic Auction 840/21 – Implementation of the State Lottery, giving the bid as a failure, since the third bidder was unable to gather the necessary documentation to comply with the requirements of the event.
As the last previously qualified bidder did not file an appeal regarding his disqualification within the proper period, the auctioneer closed the session.
From now on, it will be up to the State Secretariat for Economic Development, Science, Technology and Innovation (Sedecti), to analyze the next steps for the launch of a new Notice for the hiring of a specialized company to prepare a technical-economic feasibility study for the implementation of the State lottery in Amazonas.
