According to the deputy, the intention is that the resources collected with the implementation of the state lottery are destined to important sectors, such as housing, education and social security.
The state lottery service will carried out through Sefaz (State Department of Finance) following the same modalities defined by federal legislation, and it is exclusively up to the folder to authorize, allow, accredit or enter into partnerships, as well as control and supervise the activity.
According to the deputy, the taking of bets or the sale of tickets will be allowed by physical or virtual means. On the other hand, the sale can only be done by people of legal age and who within the limits or have residency in the State.
"The bill highlights that the resources received with the lottery, including the unredeemed prizes, will be destined to social security, financing of housing, sports, education and social development programs. The deputies, through an amendment, also included the security sectors, health and culture," she said.
