The new GamersCard ambassador says she has always been a competitive person and that she loves gaming. “From the age of 11 to 20 I played chess professionally playing championships all over Brazil, and it was on these trips with my colleagues that I got to know poker and soon fell in love. In 2010, I put the board aside a little and started my journey as a professional at poker tables,” she says.
According to Tournier, since then her routine has been focused on studying the game and playing in the main online tournaments, as well as traveling to play the big events live inside and outside the country, “something I'm dying to do and I can't wait to do again."
Two years ago, she started following some foreign poker streamers and thought she could “can be good at this too." That's when she started broadcasting her tournaments on Twitch. “Online poker turns out to be a very lonely sport and sharing the day-to-day life of a grinder with Twitch chat has been very special. Today I do lives at least 4 times a week and I have a community of over 18,000 followers,” she highlights.
The streamer life made the young woman have contact with the world of eSports, and with that she started to play and follow other games (mainly CS, which she plays almost every day). “This approach brought me a special invitation to join FURIA, an eSports organization that I admire a lot and am extremely proud to be a part off,” she tells.
This whole story shows how her life is totally connected to games, whether chess, poker or eSports. “So joining GamersCard makes total sense and that's why I'm so happy to be announced as a new brand ambassador. It's a card made by players for players, designed for people like us, who live 1000% in this world and who understand how important it is to have a tool that makes the process of withdrawing and depositing on poker sites or buying skins and items in other games simple and easy,” she concludes.
