Eight bookmakers display pitch side ad boards in Brazil's games towards Qatar 2022

If something was missing to prove that Brazil will be one of the most important gambling markets in the world, the Qualifiers for Qatar 2022 World Cup showed fierce competition from bookmakers to stand out. Eight operators (Betcris, Betsson, KTO, Betano, 1xBet, Mobius.bet, Pixbet and Wplay.co) took over the pitch's advertising boards last night in the match between ‘Verdeamarela’ and Chile in Santiago to appear on the TV broadcast and reach to millions of Brazilians.

Betcris, Betsson and Wplay.co were already sponsors of Qatar 2022 Qualifiers from the beginning of the competition and for all matches, not just those of Brazil.

 

 

In last night’s round, five more bookmakers have joined, which they began to sponsor on the pitch side advertising boards and that are seen during the TV broadcast that reaches Brazilian homes.

 

 

KTO, Betano, 1xBet, Mobius.bet and Pixbet are the new bookmakers that decided to invest in advertising to attract the millions of spectators and fans that watch the matches of the Brazilian National Team with Neymar.

 

 

Some of them such as Betano (master sponsor of Fluminense and Atletico Mineiro), KTO (sponsor of Caxias do Sul Basquete) and Pixbet (sponsor of Goias and America) already have a strong presence in the local market with support for clubs, athletes and various sports modalities.

 

 

Mobius.bet, the betting brand of the Mobius Interactive company, recently debuted in the local market with advertising on Brazilian TV channels during Italian Serie A matches, and is now also having a presence in the games of Brazil’s National Team.

 

 

The presence of eight international betting houses reflects the enormous interest of companies in Brazil, a country that awaits final regulation by the Ministry of the Economy to give a safe and predictable framework to a business of billions of dollars that can lead the country to become one of the three most powerful markets in the world.

 

 

Last night’s game between Brazil and Chile for the World Cup Qualifiers marked 24 points of audience on Globo, reaching 27 in São Paulo. It was the biggest audience of that hour since the end of BBB21.
