In view of requests for clarification presented by four companies previously approved for the preparation of studies for the presentation of projects, survey and investigations for the implementation of the Pernambuco State Lottery, the Special Evaluation Committee of the Secretariat of Planning and Management postponed to October 1st the final date for the delivery of the documents.
The deadline initially set for the delivery of the studies was September 15 and in the assessment of the Planning and Management Secretariat of the Government of Pernambuco, the postponement will not affect the schedule for the implementation of the State Lottery, as deadlines have already been defined considering possible changes due to “force majeure” or to respond to requests for clarification by the companies previously selected for the presentation of the studies.

"The Special Evaluation Committee, designated by Act No. 2466, published in the DOE of 07/02/2021, DECIDES, through the Expression of Interest Procedure, to carry out the modeling studies with the purpose of assisting the Public Administration in the structuring of contract or partnership with the private sector, for the purpose of implementing and operating lotteries and games at the state level, upon request and/or questioning of four (4) companies accredited to develop the referred model in a meeting round held on 26th August 2021, EXTEND THE DEADLINE FOR THE SUBMISSION of projects, surveys, investigations and technical studies within 15 (fifteen) days, counted from the initially established delivery date, pursuant to item 5.2 of the Terms of Reference and State Decree No. 43,000/2016 . Therefore, a new delivery date is established, under the same conditions previously provided for in the notice and term of reference, on October 1, 2021.”
