The agreement between club and brand was carried out by 213 Sports, an agency that integrates the sports pillar of the V3A group. In addition to the main space of the Rio team's jersey, EstrelaBet will also print the back of the Resendense uniform.
“We are immensely proud to be the master sponsor of Resende Futebol Clube. EstrelaBet strongly believes in the potential of investment in football. We are preparing a series of news, and the club's fans can be sure that they will be the most privileged for all this. What we can say now is that our team is focused on consolidating the partnership that we are sure will be a great success,” celebrated João Gercozzi, CEO of EstrelaBet.
“Resende is celebrating a very ambitious and promising partnership formalized with EstrelaBet, a great exponent of the segment. Gigante do Vale is a centenary club that is modernizing and seeking its place among the most important clubs in the country. Therefore, all partnerships made are visionary, with competent companies that can add to the club in this process. We are very happy with the arrival of EstrelaBet. The 2022 season has everything to be victorious, with many good fruits to be harvested,” highlighted Cornelio Rosenburg, president of Resende.
“For us, it is a great pleasure to welcome EstrelaBet as our main partner this year. Having a sponsor of this caliber helps us to accredit the work we have done to be one of the references in professional football management. We are already planning a lot of cool things, involving innovative content and positioning Resende as an excellent platform for big brands and partners,” added Marcelo Montenegro, marketing director at Resende.
It is noteworthy that the team from Rio de Janeiro has been going through a growth process since 2016, when it signed an agreement with Pelé Academia, which became co-responsible for the club's youth categories. In 2018, the partnership inaugurated a Training Center that occupies an area of 107 thousand m² and receives around 90 athletes, including youth and professional teams. To complete it, three more official pitchs will soon be inaugurated at the venue.
In addition, Resende also has a technical exchange agreement with Lyon, one of the main teams in French football. Through the partnership, professionals from the Brazilian team make constant visits to the European club's facilities and vice versa.
