Caixa is committed to inserting entrepreneurs in this segment with maximum security, seeking to maintain and increase the volume of collection.
For this, and aware that what is needed to break this paradigm is clarification, Caixa participated with its main executives of the sector in the Congress and brought a presentation of how the Network's performance in the digital market should work with the project that is already in progress in its final phase of implementation.
The Brazilian Federation of Lottery Companies (Febralot), with its board of directors and presidents of the state class unions, also welcomed the discussion.
"It is a path of no return! The digital market is here and all sectors will be part of it. The one that will succeed is who adapts to the process as quickly as possible and does not continue to deny the fact," said the president of Febralot, Jodismar Amaro.
The Congress presented cases of companies such as Kodak, a leader in the photographic film sector that, upon the arrival of the digital market, refused to plan a quick inclusion with adaptations and breaking of paradigms to the new reality. The result was the near extinction of the company, leaving the market favorable for those who did their "homework", adapted and entered the segment.
What is sought with this work is, fundamentally, not to fall into the same mistake made by Kodak. It is essential that the lottery entrepreneur plans himself, looks for professionals and technologies, informs himself and sees how his competitor who is already operating in the digital market is working. And there are already many entrepreneurs in the sector who are achieving results with online sales using still rustic means, but they have already taken the first step.
Caixa Econômica Federal designs a work system where the lottery entrepreneur will put his store online free of charge. The technology presented will favor each store in a balanced way, that is, with sales distributed without privileges where everyone wins.
Technology does not oblige the entrepreneur to take part, but seeing the system in operation, it is noticeable that those who are left out will not do a good deal. This is the first step of a new commercial road, which is not even that new today.
The leaders highlighted that there are companies in the market thirsty to operate in the sector, inside and outside the country. What they are categorical about is the commitment they will have to preserve this market for the Lottery Network, which is already active and cannot lose space.
However, for this to be done, it is necessary to occupy these spaces and it is up to the lottery entrepreneur to motivate himself and seek this insertion. At a time when Caixa lotteries are completing 60 years of activities, what dictates the sustainability of over 60 years is the updating and modernization of the segment using all the resources that are available to the satisfaction of the professionals who work there.
