"Part of Cibelae's development work is to organize activities with different themes that contribute to achieving the objectives proposed by the corporation for the growth of its members, in addition to mediating to obtain international cooperation agreements between the states to which the members belong," says Javier Millian.

Cibelae's actions are possible thanks to the participation and exchange of experiences and information of its regular and associated members.
