Adam Bielinski, CEO

“For iGamingNuts the Brazilian market is still one of the most important for the company's future"

In an exclusive interview with GMB, Adam Bielinski, CEO of iGamingNuts, talked about the gaming market in Brazil, and revealed the challenges and objectives of his company in Latin America. 'We want the player to come to our apostaslegais.com.br website to receive a vast knowledge about operators and make their own decisions,' says the executive.

GMB- Is the gaming market in Brazil still attractive?
Adam Bielinski - I'm sure it is. The Brazilian market is well developed. It is the largest market in all of Latin America. The population has more than 200 million people and three quarters have internet access. So the potential is huge. It is also interesting that, according to data collected by Newzoo, more than half of the players in Brazil are women. In addition, more than half of players are under the age of 34. From our point of view, that's good.

What are the predictions for the future of the Brazilian market?
I believe this market will remain strong for many years. Therefore, we intend to continue investing in it. An interesting fact is that only a third of the population expresses interest in the gaming world, which means that the market still has a lot of potential. I'm also glad that, as part of iGamingNuts, we already have a well-defined position there, and a recognized brand.

What are the biggest challenges in the Brazilian market?
I believe there are many challenges. First, the value of the player, which is still relatively low. The survey showed that the average income generated per player is still below US$13 (R$65). By comparing this with other strong markets in which we are present, such as the Netherlands, this value is very small. The challenge is also to reach a wider audience, as I have already mentioned. We also do not intend to stay behind our competitors, but we want to maintain a strong position in the market.

Is the large number of operators in the Brazilian market an advantage or a disadvantage for your industry?
On the one hand, this creates great opportunities. Lesser-known brands, in particular, are fighting for proper exposure on affiliate sites. This brings good trading opportunities. From the player's point of view, he has a wide selection of offers and many different choices. Operators need to fight to win over players by giving them great conditions. On the other hand, it is a huge challenge for affiliates to satisfy each partner. From the player's point of view, there is a risk of choosing an irresponsible brand that will have unfair practices.

How does your company treat the Brazilian market? Does it have a future in it?
As I mentioned, for us the Brazilian market is still one of the most important in the future of the company. We want the player to come to our site - apostaslegais.com.br to receive extensive knowledge about operators and make their own decisions. We also want players to feel that they are using a reliable source of gaming knowledge and to trust our brand. In addition, we are prepared for any change, including complete market regulation.

As part of iGamingNuts, are you also present in other Latin American markets?
Sure. Colombia is also an important market, which has been gaining strength. In addition, we are also present in Mexico and Peru. At the moment, we are not planning any other activity in Latin America. We are investing heavily in Canada and Japan. We also intend to expand our offerings in Europe even more next year. It's going to be a challenging time.
