The move will give rise to a new executive board that will be composed of Pedro Schmidt (president), Edu Kim (vice president), Hugo Tristão (CEO) and Henrique Marques (CMO). For Hugo Tristan, the new CEO of the organization, the move comes with the aim of placing Vivo Keyd Stars as a reference in the national and international scenario, covering several competitive modalities.
"With this merger, we seek to resume the legacy already known of ‘Keyd Stars’ and reach the top of the modalities we are inserted. The first step to resuming the golden phase is to bring back the organization's old nomenclature, which carries a great story within the gamer scenario. In addition, our purpose for this union is to show that 'The warrior never gives up', which has become an inspiration to our teams and our future plans within the eSports scenario, showing that we will always seek to improve and expand all our actions."
With the merger, Vivo Keyd Stars intends to further professionalize its areas of activity, with the aim of fostering the scenario as a whole and becoming known as a media ecosystem. To achieve this goal, the team has already hired several professionals who came from companies such as Globo, FitDance, Garena and others, aiming to strengthen their internal areas.
"In this new phase, our organization gains even more strength in commercial character and in greatness in the market. To deliver everything we want to the community, we have already strengthened our internal team with the arrival of more than 20 professionals, who are people already inserted in the gaming universe and outside it, and who count on the goal of bringing new business visions. In the first step, we unified operations and strengthened, mainly, our marketing and commercial areas and we hope to start this great project on the right foot," concludes Tristão.
The first appearance of the organization as Vivo Keyd Stars takes place in the World Free Fire, which will be played directly in Bangkok, Thailand, next November 25 and 26.
