Next December 23, at 10:00 am (local time), will take place the in-person auction of the Rio de Janeiro State Lottery to hire a company that provides electronic payment processing services for the public service of lotteries in Rio de Janeiro.
The execution regime will be a contract for unit price in the highest offer modality.
The invitation to bid and its annexes are available on the Rio de Janeiro State Lottery website, option: "Licitações", and alternatively, a printed copy may be purchased by exchanging one ream of A4 paper, 75g/m', from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, at the Trading Commission, at Rua Sete de Setembro, nº 170, Centro, Rio de Janeiro - RJ, CEP: 20.050-002.
The participation of payment companies that act in accordance with the rules of the Central Bank of Brazil will be allowed, including, but not limited to, Payment Institutions, Sub-acquirer/Sub-buyer, payment facilitators, among others, that are authorized by law and regulation for accepting payment instruments issued by a payment institution or a financial institution participating in the same payment arrangement and which can process public service payments.
To participate, bidders must adhere to the Brazilian Instant Payment System - PIX, and must present proof issued by the Central Bank of Brazil of participation, whether direct or indirect, or must present a legal instrument with a Financial Institution that is adhering to the Instant Payment System.
