In the GMB interview cycle on 2022 and goals for 2023, one of the big names is NSX Sportsbetting Ecosystem, with its six sports betting sites becoming a success throughout Brazil. With Betnacional ahead and already consolidated as one of the most important in the country, firm’s CMO and partner Newton Neto says that its platform “is increasingly safe and complete and we want our independent business units to grow to become leaders of market.'

GMB - What is your assessment of the company’s performance and growth in 2022? Is that what you expected or exceeded expectations?
Newton Neto
- We definitely exceed our expectations as an ecosystem, which has six betting sites and various business units for this segment. All our companies have grown.

Could you list the main goals achieved?
We managed to put Betnacional as one of Brazil's main betting sites, fulfilling all success with the purchase of the sponsorship package to the 2022 World Cup broadcast and, recently, the purchase of the sponsorship package of all Brazilian football 2023 at Globo network.

In addition, Mr. Jack is a phenomenon in the south of the country and Pagbet and TVbet are working hard in the Northeast. Our own platform is getting better and better: safer, faster and more complete. Our advertising agency, Lean, has won national and international awards and held incredible achievements, such as the first agency in of the history of advertising of Pernambuco to buy the World Cup and football sponsorship quota in Globo. Our Castfc, a podcast show with Rodrigo Raposo, has grown and obtained satisfactory numbers, as well as our football and games portals: Jogo Hoje and Game Arena.

In your sector within the industry, which topics or technological advances do you think will dominate the market in 2023? What will be the future trends?
For 2023, I bet on the improvement of new users' capture strategies, through the BI tools implemented, and especially the retention of the built base. For this, user loyalty programs and the constant improvement of the NSX platform will be our investments.

Did you notice that the Brazilian gaming market has evolved this year or missed another opportunity? What do you see about regulation in the country for 2023?
I believe the Brazilian gaming market has evolved a lot. And it continues to evolve, because it had to professionalize. Regardless of regulation, companies operating in Brazil are increasingly trained and awaiting this moment.

What are your company's main goals for 2023?
Our goal is to maintain a rising number of depositing users and deposits for all our skins so that we can, with our structured ecosystem, regulate them and maintain our performance. In addition, we want our independent business units, such as Lean, Castfc etc, grow and become market leaders.
