ZenetPay, a Brazilian fintech that started operating in 2022 offering digital payment solutions, is satisfied with the results achieved so far and plans, according to firm’s CEO Thiago Lima, numerous actions to boost growth. “We set goals and objectives in order to provide security and agility in transactions as well as improve tools generating metrics for customers,” he added.

GMB - What is your assessment of ZenetPay's performance and growth in 2022? Was it what you expected or did it exceed expectations?

Zenetpay's history began at the beginning of this year and we are already reaping the fruits of our work. We achieved the standard of excellence in product construction and this is reflected in customer integration and satisfaction. But we don't stop there, we are perfecting the platform even more and we have robust goals to achieve until next year.

Could you list the main accomplishments or goals achieved in 2022?
Launch of the platform on the market, with a personalized dashboard designed to generate results for our customers. Integration with iGaming platforms and integration with betting platforms.

In your sector within the industry, what topics or technological advances do you think will dominate the market in 2023? What will be the future trends?
In terms of payments, we observe that transactions without cash or even a physical card are already part of the routine. Users are increasingly adapted to innovations such as Pix, QR Codes and contactless payments. These are innovations that provide greater financial inclusion, instant payments, digital currencies and wallets. The tendency is to look for technologies that guarantee the security of transactions and bring even more convenience to customers, eliminating as much as possible the need to carry cash.

Have you noticed that the Brazilian gaming market has evolved this year, or has it missed another opportunity? What do you see about the regulation in the country for 2023?
Yes. The gaming market has been growing since 2020, due to social isolation and the internet culture, which brings together individuals with common interests. I believe we will see this evolution perpetuate over the next five or ten years, bringing many innovations to the sector and influence for the next generations.

Technology will play a key role in this process. Do you imagine strolling through incredible scenarios, such as luxurious casinos using virtual reality? All this is already being thought about.

Regarding regularization, the theme remains stagnant, but I believe that the end of the term should not impact bookmakers and their customers, since they are not located in national territory. The regulation is expected by the market to bring transparency to the industry regarding the rules of the gaming sector.

What are the company's main goals/objectives for 2023?
Zenetpay's eyes are always on the logistical needs of our customers. We found that the payment experience has a direct impact on user satisfaction, and the difficulty in this process can make their customer give up on a product or service, causing frustration.

Therefore, we set goals and objectives focused on the payment experience, in order to provide security and agility in transactions.

Upon entering the Zenet ecosystem, the customer enjoys personalized service and strategic data to guide business decisions. In our dashboard it is possible to view the ranking of bettors, transaction graphs, weekly, monthly and current balances, all in an intuitive, easy and practical way.

For 2023, we want to continue on the path of growth, achieving goals, improving the tool and generating metrics for customers. We also want to positively impact our community through social responsibility actions.
