The companies that will carry out the technical studies for the implementation of the Loteria Capixaba (Loteca), which is part of the portfolio of projects of the Concessions and Partnerships Program, established by the Government of Espírito Santo, are the following:

* Consórcio RGB Capital de Prêmios
* Intralot do Brasil Comércio de Equipamentos e Programas de Computador LTDA
* NGT Brasil Tecnologia e Atividades Lotéricas
* Paschoal Intermediação de Negócios LTDA
* Social Solutions Tecnologia LTDA
The bidders will carry out technical, operational and governance feasibility studies, as well as economic-financial, legal-institutional and IT engineering and architecture studies, all necessary for the implementation, structuring and operation of possible models of lotteries and games within the scope of the State of Espírito Santo, including the most appropriate governance system, in accordance with State Law 11,236/2021.
“The state governor, Renato Casagrande, has as a priority within the package of actions implemented in his management, optimizing services and offering the population quality in access and use. This is one of the purposes of the ES Partnerships Program, which, at this moment, among other projects in its portfolio, is committed to the implementation of the Capixaba Lottery, the Loteca,” highlighted the Secretary of State for Innovation and Development, Tyago Hoffmann.
According to him, the six companies will participate in the stage of carrying out the studies and the best model for the implementation of lottery services will be approved. “In the case of Loteca, the funds from the collection will be allocated to programs aimed at promoting culture, sports, leisure and tourism, according to percentages established in the legislation,” added the secretary.

The Concessions and Partnerships Program acts as a strategic tool for the Government to expand the resources necessary for the expansion of infrastructure and services, contributing directly to the economic, environmental and social development of Espírito Santo. The program's design meets the need to accelerate investment in infrastructure, which, with the prioritization of government resources, has contributed to public management seeking new alternatives for the development of Espírito Santo.
