Lawyers Leandro Pamplona and Bruno Voesch take over OAB/DF Gaming Law Commission

Lawyers Leandro Pamplona and Bruno Voesch, from Bonetti, Krugen & Pamplona, have just assumed their positions as members of the Gaming Law Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association/Federal District (OAB/DF). The studio announced on its social networks that “together with the other members of the Commission, they will work to improve the regulatory framework for gaming in the country.”

Created in 2021, the Gaming Law Commission was renewed in this new management of the OAB/DF with the objective of bringing to the law, through regulatory and technical debates, the possibility to discuss and build important understandings of this market.

In this context, lawyers Leandro Pamplona and Bruno Voesch, from Bonetti, Krugen & Pamplona, join the Commission with the aim of adding their knowledge and contributing to a productive debate on the regulation of gaming in Brazil.

For the law firm, their entry into the Gaming Law Commission is intended “to advance the issue with legal and investment security for all players.”

In its social networks, Bonetti, Krugen & Pamplona explains that in the agenda of the new commission, the topics to be addressed will be sports betting, state lotteries and fantasy games. “We wish them both success, certain that the Brazilian Legislative and Judiciary will gain from their contributions,” it concludes.
