Next March 23rd and 24th, the Undersecretariat for Partnerships of the Secretariat of Budget and Management of the State of Sao Paulo will hold individual meetings with those interested in participating in the bidding that will define the company that will explore the Social Lottery of the State of Sao Paulo.
In a statement to the market, the Undersecretariat explained that “considering the importance of constant dialogue for the dissemination of investment opportunities, as well as in order to promote the competitive nature of the bidding, the Secretariat for Budget and Management and the Undersecretariat for Partnerships invite interested parties for scheduling individual meetings, in person or by videoconference.”
To schedule a meeting, those interested simply have to access this link and follow the scheduling instructions contained therein. Just choose one of the two available days and the time of interest and, after confirming, fill in the requested fields and add guests (maximum of five members) to register more representatives.
The meetings will be held in person at Palácio dos Bandeirantes, without prejudice to the possibility of the Undersecretariat for Partnerships making phone conferences or video conferences possible, if it deems it convenient. The Undersecretariat for Partnerships will be responsible for conducting the meetings.
Appointments can be made until 12 noon on March 22. The meetings will last one hour and will be confirmed by email according to availability.
