The research takes into account Bill 2648/19, by Senator Roberto Rocha (PSDB-MA) and reported by Senator Angelo Coronel (PSD-BA), with a favorable opinion from the Commission for Regional Development and Tourism.

Bill nº 2648, of 2019, provides for the authorization of the exploration of games of chance that it specifies, for a determined period, through the association and development of the tourism and leisure industry in Brazil.
