Among his various responsibilities, he will develop the Brazilian eSports strategy, manage and drive goals and KPIs to reach the company's objectives, and seek out partnership and marketing opportunities to help grow the business and improve acquisition and retention rates.

Mastrorosa comes from working for five years at Level Up Brasil, a company that provides unforgettable experiences in digital entertainment with various initiatives related to eSports. There, he held the positions of eSports Coordinator, Project Manager and Influence Marketing Analyst, among other functions.
To further demonstrate the experience and knowledge of Betway's new addition to the area, last year Mastrorosa was invited to teach about Mobile Esports at CBF Academy, a learning organization that belongs to CBF, the Brazilian Football Confederation.
Mastrorosa holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA, Project Management (Centro Universitário FMU), a Bachelor in Game Design (Universidade Anhembi Morumbi), and a Visual Communication Technician and Designer (ETEC Carlos de Campos).
