In view of the exclusive release by Games Magazine Brasil of the draft presidential decree that regulates sports betting in Brazil, Paulo Horn and Sérgio Garcia Alves, respectively presidents of the Sports, Lottery and Entertainment Law Commission OAB/Rio de Janeiro and the Games OAB/DF, summoned the members of the two commissions for an extraordinary meeting to analyze the document.
Paulo Horn commented to GMB that thanks to the publication of the draft presidential decree, the two commissions immediately decided to take advantage of the moment to convene an extraordinary meeting to jointly examine the document.
The meeting will be restricted to members of the two entities and aims to analyze all articles of the regulation in order to be able to contribute to the market, from a legal point of view, for any consultation during the publication phase of the decree.
