"BIS is the ideal place to present End 2 End 's bingo and lottery solutions in Brazil"

Brazil was always a priority for End 2 End. For this reason, the Latin American bingo specialist chose to present at the Brazilian iGaming Summit (BiS) its new platform for lottery games for points of sale, a revolutionary product for this market. In an exclusive interview with GMB, Alejandro Revich, CEO of End 2 End, anticipates the company's plans in the country, where they already work together with PlayBonds, and their exclusive solutions for operators.

At BiS, the company will present its new products, amid the advancement of industry regulation in the Brazilian market, and with a strong regional push towards online gaming. "Brazil is experiencing a very special moment, not only due to the process of legalizing online gaming, but also due to the regulation of state lotteries. We want to be present at BiS and inform the market and its operators about the different solutions that End 2 End can offer," Revich highlighted. It should be noted that 25% of the company was acquired a few months ago by Aspire Global, which gave it a huge boost.

GMB - For GMB readers, tell us what End 2 End specializes in, what markets do you cover and what operators do you work with?
Alejandro Revich
- First of all, I wanted to thank GMB for this opportunity to tell its readers in greater depth about our company. End 2 End specializes in the BINGO and LOTTERY segment, hence our slogan “THE BINGO MULTIPLAYER EXPERT”. The End 2 End team have almost 20 years of experience working in the Online Bingo industry, especially in the UK and Spain.

Since our launch in 2019, we have developed a completely OMNICHANNEL technology, which adapts to any commercial need that the different operators may have today. We currently supply many of the most important operators in the region (LATAM), such as Betplay in Colombia, Apuesta Total in Peru, Playbonds in Brazil, Aposta.la in Paraguay, and several more.

What expectations does the company have for countries that are thinking of regulating online gaming, such as Argentina with the opening of the City and Province of Buenos Aires, and Peru, among others?
Our expectations are the best. The End 2 End platform is already GLI-19 certified, and we currently have a License and/or Certification in several jurisdictions (Colombia, United Kingdom, Gibraltar, Isle of Man) and have recently been licensed by LOTBA to provide in the City from Buenos Aires.

We are currently in the process of obtaining our License or Certification in jurisdictions such as Malta (MGA), Portugal, Holland and Denmark; clearly marking that we want to be able to supply in all the regulated jurisdictions of the current market.

Peru will not be the exception. We currently provide a solution for Points of Sale, but soon we will also be Online, with which, if online gaming is regulated, we will proceed in the same way as we have done in other countries.

What balance do you make of the fairs in which you participated and how did it go for you especially? In your 2022 roadmap, are you planning to participate in more industry events?
2022 started very 'hectic' for us. I think that like most companies, after 2 years of the pandemic, we all had the need to get back in touch with our clients, colleagues and the industry in general. In March we have been in Mexico, presenting our OMNICHANNEL platform. Then we were at SAGSE LATAM, with a lot of people at our stand and where we have made a highly positive balance.

In April, we had our own stand at ICE London, where we have been one of the few Latin American content providers to exhibit at the industry's largest event, again with a very positive balance.

In our roadmap, our next event will be BiS (Brazil iGaming Summit), in Sao Paulo on June 28 and 29. Without a doubt, Brazil is one of the largest and most important markets for our company, not only as far as Bingo is concerned, but also in this regulation process that the different State Lotteries are carrying out. After Brazil, we will sit down to plan the second half of the year. But surely the idea will be to be able to be present at the main events and markets.

Recently, End 2 End shook the market with the news of the acquisition of 25% of the company by Aspire Global. How does each of the two parties benefit from this deal? What are the main virtues that you think Aspire saw in End 2 End to invest in the company?
Everyone knows the size and reach of Aspire Global in our industry, and now much more since being acquired by NeoGames. I have no doubt that our deal with Aspire Global has been strategic for both parties. Bearing in mind that End 2 End is a relatively new company, it greatly enhanced our international reach, giving us the possibility of reaching markets and operators that naturally were not within our reach.

On the Aspire Global side, it was very clear that one of its main objectives was always to cover the entire iGaming value-chain as much as possible, and with this transaction, they incorporated BINGO into their already wide range of services.

Main virtues? Undoubtedly our years of experience in this segment of the industry, surely our brand new Multi-Player technology, but I also want to believe that it has been our company philosophy.

Has this sale of a percentage modified in any way the objectives of your company? Expanding to Europe and the United States is now something more within reach with the support of a giant like Aspire Global?
Clearly yes. One of the objectives of this deal was always to become the Bingo provider for all the clients/operators of the group. Without a doubt, Europe and the United States are more within reach, and you can already see it in the list of jurisdictions that I mentioned in one of the previous questions. It is definitely a process, which will take time, in the same way that companies like BtoBet and Pariplay, acquired by Aspire Global before, have done.

How important is Brazil in your company's horizon? Do you closely follow the news on legalization such as the recent approval by the Chamber of Deputies of a broad law for all verticals?
The gaming market in Latin America has grown a lot in recent years, especially the Online segment. Not so, the regulatory processes in the region. The regulations come at a much slower pace than expected, and in some cases with some obstacles and problems.

In the particular case of Brazil, I am very optimistic that regulation will come very soon. There is no doubt that all the actors in the sector have already internalized that legalizing gaming is fundamental and something really necessary.

On the other hand, Brazil is a very important market for End 2 End. It is one of the giants of the region, and additionally, it is a country with a long tradition in Bingo halls and Bingo games. We are ready to supply all types of operators and the different levels of demand that they present to us.

The lottery sector in Brazil is also experiencing a period of growth after the Federal Supreme Court ended the monopoly of Caixa and opened the door to state lotteries. As End 2 End is not just Bingo, are you interested in offering and introducing your services to consortiums that aspire to licenses in these modalities?
Of course yes. Although End 2 End is known for its variants in Bingo platforms, we have recently launched a Lottery Games Platform for Points of Sale on the market. On this platform, the most varied Lottery game options can be configured, and it can be operated both with physical raffles or through our RNG.

I think that BiS can be a very good space for us to show our new platform to the Brazilian market.

Are you considering agreements with companies to incorporate their products in the Brazilian market? Do you receive many operators interested in bringing their technology to Brazil?
Yes, we have some agreements that are in the works, and some implementations in progress. We were greatly struck by the number of Brazilian operators who came to our stand at ICE London.

In times past, Bingo was all the rage in Brazil. Do you think your product will be ideal for the public in this market? What would be your differential against other possible competitors?
Completely perfect. Our technology is 100% web, HTML5 and responsive, allowing players to interact from any type of device. The omnichannel allows the operator to organize Online games, Physical games and Mixed games. A platform that is 100% parametric, which allows to implement any trading strategy and any Bingo strategy. As we tell our clients: "don't adapt your business to the platform, but let the platform adapt to your business."

The law that the Congress deals with also intends to legalize the jogo do bicho, the most played modality by Brazilians. Do you think that End 2 End could also develop something to play it online?
Without a doubt. We see jogo do bicho as another variant of a lottery game, and it could easily be included in our Lottery Platform.

What projects and objectives does the company set for the rest of 2022?
Continue growing, as we have done in recent years. We have many challenges and goals ahead of us, but at the same time we have a highly trained team with a lot of experience to achieve it.
