Betsul signed an agreement with IDT-CEMA to carry out exclusive actions with the tourism market, bringing the ease of sports betting to its users wherever they are.
The program consists of giving hotel, theme park or car rental customers a card with credits for sports betting. “When checking in at a hotel or a park, as well as renting a vehicle, the customer receives a card that can be used on our betting site. When you win, you can continue playing or make the withdrawal. The great advantage for the partner is that they will be rewarded for customer loyalty. It is a new format for the affiliation concept, only this time focused on the tourism sector,” says Romanini.
Initially, it will be a pilot project carried out in partnership with the Accor network and the cards will be delivered to customers of three hotels of the group, one in São Paulo, one in Itu and the third in Guarujá.
For Carlos Bernardo, director of the Accor network, the partnership came at a good time. “We are always looking for something that guarantees excellence in our customer service and doing this in partnership with Betsul will be a fantastic experience, including from the point of view of opening up the possibility of a new source of revenue,” he commented.
Bruno Omori, president of IDT-CEMA and creator of the program together with Betsul, stated that “the hotel industry and tourism need to be united. What we see is many bookmakers with large TV campaigns, but arriving at the hotel, theme park or car rental company is getting even closer to the end customer. The tour operator is an excellent channel for this and will still have additional income. He will be like an affiliate and Betsul has become the official Brazilian tourism company in sports betting,” he declared.
