This year, Espaço Boulevard JK, in São Paulo, will be full of businessmen, politicians, operators, regulators and others interested in the world of iGaming and will be the ideal space for networking.
The program is very varied and the first panel of the second edition of BiS will be led by lawyer Witoldo Hendrich Jr, from Online IPS/Hendrich Advogados. He will be the moderator on the 28th, at 10 am, on the panel that will address “The legal aspects of the regulation of sports betting and lotteries in Brazil”, in which his colleagues Luiz Felipe Maia (from Maia Yoshiyasu Advogados), Roberto Brasil Fernandes (from Brasil Fernandes Advogados) and Marcello Corrêa, former legal director of Loterj and consultant in the area of lotteries.
For Marcello Corrêa, BiS is the main event in the gaming sector in Brazil. It assumes greater relevance in view of the approval of the Bill that deals with the matter in the Chamber of Deputies. “Participating in the event is essential to exchange experiences and continue encouraging the development of this important sector of the economy,” he comments.
Luiz Felipe Maia, from Maia Yoshiyasu studio, says: “Dealing with the legal aspects of betting and lottery regulation will be very timely, especially if we already have the sports betting decree published by the date of the event. There is a lot to discuss in terms of good practices and international benchmarks. We will do an overview of the rules applicable to betting and lottery activities in the country and discuss a little about what we can expect in the coming months.”

About the Brazilian iGaming Summit and Afiliados LATAM
São Paulo, the largest business hub in Latin America, will host the second edition of the Brazilian iGaming Summit on the 28th and 29th of June.
