The increasingly strong presence of international operators in Brazil has intensified in recent months thanks to the proximity of the regulation of sports betting in the country. Gambeta10, with a consolidated operation in Europe and having implemented the Chilean operation, has just landed locally to open a new unit in Latin America.
Luis Jimenez, the company's LATAM regional manager, told GMB that the company intends to offer a differentiated gaming experience that is totally focused on the taste of the Brazilian player.
GMB - Every day more companies are attracted to the Brazilian sports betting market and one of them is Gambeta10, which has just arrived in Brazil after a successful operation in Europe and started working in Chile. What is expected of the Brazilian market for Gambeta10?
Luis Jimenez – We are very happy to have arrived in Brazil. As everyone knows, Brazil is very attractive to all operators, and we know that Brazilians are very fond of sports, eSports and casino. So, we want to offer a product adapted to the country and to the taste of Brazilians. That's what we're trying now. We will focus mainly on sports, more on football; however we will have a very good offer for casino and eSports.
And do you already have good partnerships with game developers for the Brazilian market?
Yes!. In fact, we are making a point of adapting our entire offer to the Brazilian market, from games, payment, customer service, everything, absolutely everything. We are making a point of offering a 100% Brazilian product.
And when will Gambeta10's operation actually start?
In July we will be completely online.
The payment methods part is already defined? Have all partnerships been closed?
We have already closed the issue of payment methods. In fact, everything is ready for anyone who visits our site to have fun. Deposits, withdrawals, etc. We are only adjusting the small details, but we have green light to start working in Brazil.
And how do you evaluate the expectation for the regulation of sports betting in Brazil?
It would actually be very good, great news for all of us operators, affiliates and the market in general. When you have clear rules it's good for everyone. So, as an operator, we also hope that this issue can be resolved so that we can adapt and, in the end, offer a better product for players.
